Partner with each CCO direct report to review existing document review and approval processes in conjunction with their new SharePoint site pages and drive adoption of the new structure/process. Day to day, open the site, meet with the team decide approach, do clean up, see if approach works, create views for the folders (Setup SharePoint).

Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 3-4 months

Description:
Must Have Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in SharePoint design and configuration, including workflow development and
permissions management.
They will also demonstrate a proven track record in business process redesign and in establishing document and knowledge management
programs that serve as a one stop shop for executivesenabling quick navigation and easy retrieval of critical documents.
Strong presentation skills are also required.
Experience with tracking and training enhancements are nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the existing CCO SharePoint site and recommend enhancements to improve usability, organization, and effectiveness.
Complete the build-out of the CCO dashboard, including required functionality and content.
Partner with each CCO direct report to review existing document review and approval processes in conjunction with their new SharePoint site pages and drive adoption of the new structure/process.
Develop and configure the necessary views for archive libraries to support efficient access and records management.
Validate that certain Teams-related files have been migrated to the CCO SharePoint site and the appropriate team locations.
Identify and address permissions and access concerns involving other CRM department SharePoint pages
Other report development as needed

But the site is not fully ready.
Day to day, open the site, meet with the team decide approach, do clean up, see if approach works, create views for the folders (Setup SharePoint). It should not be used as archive.
Clean up SharePoint site and make it functional.

Working with key officers to adapt and getting used to the new process.

Top skills
SharePoint, SharePoint administration(restricted site so SharePoint Admin is also needed.
Both Desing and Admin is needed; design is more admin is less.
Process Design or working with processes, pulling in workflow, communication (Executive and others).
Troubleshooting and managing the permissions and site, not creating from scratch.

Less guidance but this person once understands the process should be able to work on their own.

Background
Finance Background would be helpful, this is mostly SharePoint skills and Document management, Business Process experience is needed.
