Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions by managing identity lifecycle processes, provisioning activities, and application offboarding initiatives.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Provide production support for SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), troubleshooting provisioning failures, rule issues, and identity lifecycle incidents.

• Manage user provisioning, access requests, reconciliation processes, connector configurations, and identity data flows across enterprise applications.

• Execute application offboarding activities, including decommissioning integrations, revoking entitlements, and removing access policies within OIM and SailPoint environments.

• Develop and maintain API-based automation solutions and scripts using OIM Java/REST APIs to support bulk user updates, data corrections, and operational efficiency.

• Perform root cause analysis, resolve L2/L3 support issues, and collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and compliance.

• Support SailPoint ISC migration initiatives, connector implementations, and ongoing governance activities while maintaining accurate documentation and identity management best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related technical field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), or Enterprise Security platforms.

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG), user provisioning, reconciliation, identity lifecycle management, and enterprise connector integrations.

• Proven experience supporting production IAM environments, developing API-based automation solutions, managing application offboarding activities, troubleshooting L2/L3 incidents, and supporting migration initiatives from OIM.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
