    Job Description

    Description

    We are seeking experienced Depot Logistics Operators to support the nationwide deployment, installation, testing, and sustainment of the Tower Simulation System program. The Depot Logistics Operator will serve as a primary resource responsible for the receipt, inspection, repair, refurbishment, testing, and shipment of hardware components and spare parts supporting all installation sites nationwide. This position will work directly with the Logistics Manager to ensure seamless depot-level support, timely replacement of components, and maintenance of accurate inventory records throughout the period of performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform depot-level receipt, inspection, testing, and shipment of hardware components and spare parts
    • Packaging and shipment to field sites
    • Coordinate with FSR teams to ensure timely delivery of repaired components and spare parts to field sites
    • Spare Parts & Inventory Management
    • Consumables management and replenishment
    • Obsolescence management and component lifecycle planning
    • Ensure inventory status is kept current and accessible
    • Notify the Logistics Manager of emerging obsolescence issues and propose mitigation strategies including
    • Shipping and receiving records
    • Warranty claim and RMA records
    • Support preparation and delivery of logistics inputs to all Program Management Reviews

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED and 5 years of progressive depot operations and logistics experience on complex federal government IT or systems integration programs
    • Experience managing spare parts inventory and executing spares strategies on federal programs
    • Experience supporting warranty support activities including RMA processing and supplier coordination
    • Must be a U.S. Person
    • Must successfully complete required background checks and security screenings

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience supporting FAA, DoD, or other federal government depot operations and logistics programs
    • Experience supporting depot operations for programs with nationwide multi-site deployments
    • Experience with obsolescence management and component lifecycle planning

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Primary work location will be at the Depot facility in Oklahoma City, OK at the logistics operations center
    • Must be able to work in a depot/warehouse environment including standing, bending, and lifting activities
