Deployment Strategist

We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise customer engagements from pre-sales through successful deployment. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions that solve complex operational challenges.

You'll own the customer journey—from technical discovery and solution design to implementation and long-term success—while translating unique customer requirements into scalable product capabilities. What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise customer engagements from discovery through successful deployment.
• Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand customer pain points, scope technical solutions, and build confidence during evaluations.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, define integration requirements, and ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to translate customer needs into scalable product features.
• Drive implementation strategy, solution architecture, and deployment planning.
• Help shape the product roadmap by identifying common customer needs and product opportunities.
