HOW YOU''LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

• To provide clerical support to departmental staff by effectively answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, displaying excellent customer service skills and above average time management.

Reports: Office Manager

Supervises: None

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• One year directly related experience required; typing speed 55WPM and Microsoft Office Suite

• None
