As a key member of our growth team, you’ll bridge the gap between clinical needs and technical excellence, promoting a full suite of services—from traditional crowns and bridges to cutting-edge digital workflows and implantology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts within your territory to drive consistent revenue growth.

  • Consultative Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor, conducting product demonstrations and educating clinicians on digital scanning systems and prosthetic solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring high retention rates through exceptional service and proactive account growth.

  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate between dental offices and the internal production team to ensure precision in case submissions and seamless turnaround times.

  • Pipeline Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, daily calls, and client insights using CRM software.

  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to leadership to keep the lab at the forefront of the industry.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the lab at trade shows, seminars, and local study clubs to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven B2B sales success. Experience in the dental or medical device industry is highly preferred.

  • Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

  • Clinical Literacy: Familiarity with dental terminology, prosthetics, and CAD/CAM workflows. You should be comfortable discussing restorative solutions with clinicians.

  • Communication: Elite negotiation and interpersonal skills with a knack for conflict resolution.

  • Drive: Self-motivated and disciplined. You are comfortable managing your own travel schedule and are hungry to exceed monthly quotas.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel locally/regionally to visit clinics daily, with occasional overnight stays for industry events.
