We combine our individuality and child-centered dental expertise to practice group dentistry to create healthy smiles and positive experiences that last a lifetime. By working together as one team, we provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of every child and family.

Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment
  • Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement
  • Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards
  • Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course! 
  • Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian
  • Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns
  • Charting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental procedures
  • Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible
  • Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit
  • Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer
  • Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of previous experience as a dental assistant 
  • Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification
