Brightpearl by Sage helps ecommerce and omnichannel retailers manage everything that happens after the buy button — from inventory and orders to fulfillment and accounting. As retailers grow, the complexity behind the scenes grows with them. This role helps bring our Retail campaigns to market so we can reach the right businesses, engage the right buyers, and support pipeline growth across North America and UKI.

The Global Demand Generation Campaign Manager will own campaign execution for Brightpearl by Sage & Inventory Planner. You will manage the planning, coordination, launch, optimization, and reporting of integrated campaigns across inbound demand, partner-led programs, and outbound ABM support. You’ll work closely Partner Marketing, ABM, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and agency vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, measured consistently, and optimized against our pipeline targets.

This is a hands-on campaign management role for a B2B SaaS marketer who can turn campaign strategy into coordinated execution across channels, regions, and stakeholders.

Location & Hybrid Requirements: 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our Austin Office (405 Colorado St)

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of B2B SaaS demand gen or integrated campaign marketing planning and execution - ideally supporting pipeline-focused campaigns across multiple channels.

• Proven ability to manage campaign execution from brief to launch, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, optimization, and reporting.

• Hands-on knowledge of campaign channels such as email, digital, webinars/events, partner marketing, paid media, content syndication, and sales follow-up.

• Strong working proficiency with CRMs and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similar

• Ability to use campaign performance data to understand what is working, identify gaps, and recommend improvements tied to engagement, conversion, and pipeline.

Why Join Sage

We support flexible working and giving back to our communities through Sage Foundation, which provides every employee with 40 paid volunteer hours each year.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and execution plans align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Content Development & Campaign Asset Management

• Work with cross-functional teams and agency vendors to create, gather, and manage campaign assets, follow-up content, and promotional materials that support the buyer journey.

• Collaborate with content writers and designers to manage and optimize campaign assets across websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital properties.

• Support campaign-related social promotion by coordinating content, scheduling needs, and visibility opportunities with the appropriate channel owners.

• Ensure campaign assets are accurate, timely, aligned to messaging, and ready for use across digital, email, event, partner, and sales follow-up channels.

Email & Lead Nurture Programs
