Delivery Driver & Merchandiser - Lake Charles, LA

Job Overview:

International Wine and Spirits is hiring a dependable and hard-working Driver & Merchandiser to support deliveries and in-store merchandising for chain store and retail accounts such as Walmart and Brookshire’s. This is an early morning role ideal for someone who’s efficient, takes initiative, and values customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicle to deliver product to retail and chain store accounts
• Unload, stock, and merchandise product according to store standards
• Communicate with store receivers and managers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Handle products with care to minimize breakage
• Maintain delivery logs and track returns
• Represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships with store personnel

Qualifications:

• Chauffeur’s license required
• Prior delivery or route experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move cases (30–50 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Clean driving record

Pay:

• Driver: $15/hr
• Merchandiser/Stocking: $10/hr

 Performance Bonus: Up to 2% on chain store accounts based on performance (on-time delivery, no breakage, positive store relationships)
