Under general supervision, the Delivery Account Manager performs a variety of customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers including: order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions. Employees in this job class will be responsible for replenishing product in customer facilities and vending machines in accordance with a pre-designated schedule and/or customer requests, and managing win/win relationships with customers through timely research and response to customer inquiries, order status and resolving production, shipping and scheduling issues. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling orders and managing product inventory levels, including loading and transportation of products from warehouse to customer sites and troubleshooting minor issues affecting vending machines when applicable.
