Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)

• Structure and secure competitive financing options for customers with a variety of credit backgrounds
• Present and sell F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Maximize F&I performance while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance
• Accurately prepare, review, and finalize finance contracts and vehicle purchase documents
• Ensure all required stipulations, down payments, and funding documents are collected promptly
• Work closely with the Sales Management team to structure deals and assist with approvals
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist the sales team during high-volume periods to help maintain a smooth customer experience

• Minimum 3 years of automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive lending, deal structuring, and F&I products
• Proven ability to meet sales and profitability goals
• Experience working with prime and subprime lenders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of dealership compliance requirements
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dealership management systems and finance platforms
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
