Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and present quality food to meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
• Stay updated on training and new products
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable
• Positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Work well in a team and fast-paced environment
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have access to a smartphone, tablet or laptop
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to be scheduled at least 4 days per week
