Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounding on rehab unit patients
• Submit patient orders
• Assess, diagnose, and treat hospitalized patients in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Coordinate care plans and facilitate communication with specialists, nursing staff, patients, and families
• Manage admissions, discharges, and follow-up care as appropriate
• Ensure timely documentation and order entry within the EMR
