How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage and maintain enterprise SQL Server database environments
• Analyze and optimize query performance and execution plans
• Design and maintain effective indexing strategies
• Diagnose and resolve blocking, deadlocks, and concurrency issues
• Manage SQL Server statistics and cardinality estimation
• Support SQL Server upgrades and version migrations
• Implement and maintain high-availability and replication solutions
• Ensure database reliability, security, and performance standards

Are You an Experienced SQL Server DBA Ready to Make an Impact?

• 10+ years of experience administering SQL Server environments
• Deep understanding of SQL Server internals, memory, and I/O behavior
• Proven expertise in query optimization and indexing strategies
• Strong knowledge of statistics and cardinality estimation
• Hands-on experience resolving concurrency and locking issues
• Experience with SQL Server version upgrades and migrations
• Expertise in AlwaysOn Availability Groups and replication technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to support critical systems
