Data Support Specialist / Data Analyst

This role involves capturing, validating, and preparing organization structure data for downstream HR systems. Collaborate with project Super Users and Design Leads to encapsulate organizational designs in data form, and perform Excel-based data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation activities. Ensure accurate organizational data in preparation for upload to Workday and other systems.

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.

Preferences:

• Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL.
