Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
08+ years of experience in data quality engineering.
Proven experience building automated data quality solutions at scale.
Design and implement automated data quality rules, checks, and controls across batch and real‑time data pipelines.
Define and operationalize data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, validity).
Perform data profiling and data assessments for new and existing datasets.
Define data quality thresholds, KPIs, and scorecards aligned with business criticality.
Build reusable data quality frameworks integrated into CI/CD and data orchestration workflows.
Engineer scalable validation mechanisms for structured, semi‑structured, and streaming data.
Strong SQL and advanced experience with at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java).
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data stacks.
Nice to have: Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Data Factory, dbt, etc.).
