Position SummaryClark Hill is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in San Diego, CA. All candidates must have 3+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.QualificationsFamiliarity with state, federal and international data privacy laws including CCPA/GDPRExperience defending data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tracking, and wiretap cases preferredExtensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experienceExceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
