Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist  for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Marlborough, MA. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Rate : $21.78 Hourly on W2

Title :  Data Entry Specialist
Duration : 2+ Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: Location: Marlborough, MA

Requirements:
  • Data Entry
  • 1-5 years of experience in data quality, document management, records management, content migration, or related administrative support roles.
  • Experience reviewing and validating large volumes of data and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across systems and records.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications, databases, document repositories, or content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Outlook and Word; basic level)
Preferences:
  • Experience working with contract records, contract repositories, or records management processes
  • Experience using the following systems: Sievo and GEP Quantum
