Description
Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
Experience supporting Government operations or high‑volume documentation environments
Responsibilities:
Create electronic records for new files in accordance with Government regulations and deadlines
Consolidate, reorganize, and re‑jacket files
Create and maintain files physically and electronically
Conduct data inquiries and searches within Government systems
Generate ad hoc reports as requested
Scan large, multi‑page documents
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in English reading comprehension
Comfortable navigating Government‑operated information systems
Accurate and efficient typing capability (minimum 30 WPM)
