Salary Range: $50.00 - $52.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).
Applicants must be willing to work on W2.
 
Role Description:

• Design, build, and operate Snowflake + dbt pipelines that produce datasets and feeds for downstream consumers.
• Overall Experience Required is 6 to 8 years.
• Must Have 7+ years in Snowflake.
• Own data quality, freshness, and lineage for critical tables; implement tests and monitoring that protect rating accuracy.
• Hands-on experience building a data quality or similar framework within the data pipeline using dbt is mandatory.
• Data quality controls should include uniqueness, row count, duplicates, threshold checks, typelist checks, and others.
• Orchestrate batch and near-real-time jobs with Control-M; manage deployments through GitLab CI/CD.
• Build and use VS Code Copilot skills (prompt files + MCP) for pipeline generation, test creation, troubleshooting, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with business and stakeholders to translate data quality requirements into reliable data products.
• Set engineering standards for the program (modeling, testing, documentation, GitLab workflow) and mentor engineers on Copilot skill development and use.
