ConsultNet is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and build scalable data solutions supporting analytics, artificial intelligence, and data interoperability initiatives. The Data Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines within a SQL Server environment, create AI-ready datasets, and apply data modeling and content standardization practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with healthcare data, understands data exchange and interoperability requirements, and can collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Required Skills

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience working with healthcare data in a production environment.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and SQL-based data solutions.
• Experience preparing and structuring AI-ready datasets for analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Understanding of healthcare data modeling and content standardization practices.
• Experience supporting data exchange and interoperability requirements.
• Strong understanding of data quality, integration, and transformation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus / Soft Skills

• Experience supporting analytics, AI, or data modernization initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards or related data exchange technologies.
• Experience with metadata management tools or platforms.
• Front-end development experience supporting metadata management applications.
• Familiarity with data governance and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, analytics, business, and other technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly.
