Analyze business objectives and translate them into scalable data solutions through ETL development, data modeling, and system analysis. Collaborate across business and technical teams to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, automation workflows, and analytics-ready datasets. Operate within an Agile development environment, contributing to all SDLC phases including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Responsibilities:Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational procedures to identify gaps and propose data-driven solutions. Perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of system enhancements or new solutions. Design, develop, and maintain data acquisition and integration processes from multiple data sources. Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts and database objects (views, materialized views). Build and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS. Transform data into dimensional models for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on data design, architecture, and integration strategies. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Perform validation and testing (integration, load, stress) of data pipelines and system outputs. Develop automated validation and quality assurance processes for data accuracy and completeness. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, data models, and diagrams. Work with stakeholders to create mockups and prototypes for validation. Assess system capabilities, limitations, and feasibility for enhancements or new implementations. Support deployment, operations, and continuous improvement of the data integration hub. Provide troubleshooting and resolution for technical and data-related issues.
