Description

Our client, a Automotive company, is looking for a Data Coordinator for their Toledo, OH location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • The position will interact with Corporate Planning, Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Production Operations, and Program Management teams to ensure launch performance indicators are accurately tracked, reported, and communicated to support successful program execution.
  • Coordinate and maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestone schedules, and program tracking systems throughout the launch lifecycle.
  • Develop, track, and report launch KPIs, KAIs, readiness metrics, and glide paths to monitor program performance and milestone achievement.
  • Conduct milestone assessments and analyze program status to identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making and launch execution.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and visual management tools for leadership, program reviews, and steering committees.
  • Monitor launch timing, deliverables, action items, and Plan-versus-Actual performance to ensure alignment with program objectives related to timing, quality, cost, and throughput.
  • Maintain centralized launch databases, reporting systems, and program documentation while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all tracking tools.
  • Lead and administer WPI processes, including managing the WPI room, coordinating reviews and meetings, maintaining the MCE application, and driving stakeholder accountability.
  • Develop and implement reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean-based continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, visibility, and workflow effectiveness.
  • Support pilot builds, launch events, production readiness activities, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program launches.
 
Requirements:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to lead and drive the Workplace Integration process within a dynamic manufacturing and engineering environment.
  • This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at consolidating large datasets into clear, actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. The Data Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring process discipline, stakeholder alignment, and effective visual management to support leadership decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/data visualization tools, including experience developing dashboards, analyzing data, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, launch management processes, and production readiness requirements.
  • Experience supporting automotive launches, production startup activities, and launch readiness reviews in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information for leadership.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and a data-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
