    Job Title: Data Coordinator

    Reports to: Manager

    Job Summary and General Purpose of Position:

    As part of a project team, the Data Entry personnel will input data into a database, working with Driver Coordinators, Test Engineers, and Project Manager for mileage accumulation projects. This will mostly include driver log information, comments, updating internal and external tracking files, and helping review vehicle issues being entered into a customer's database.

    Essential Functions:

    • Accurately complete data entry into customer databases.
    • Gather and interpret data in order to solve a specific problem or suggest improvements.
    • Receive and manage log sheets, driver sheets, and any other applicable data from Drivers and Test Engineers to update internal and external tracking files.
    • Review and clean driver's data to identify duplicates, errors, or outliers for accurate daily updates.
    • Understand and follow the structure of a database to establish how data categories are related.
    • Maintain entry tasks as needed such as labor, expense reports, etc. to keep an operative record.
    • Interpret and analyze data to find patterns or trends that will facilitate decision making.
    • Communicate the results or findings in the data analyzed to present accurate information to interested parties.
    • Provide data documentation on site as required to align with the business and operational needs.
    • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
    • Follow policies and procedures of both Kett Engineering and customer.
    • Represents Kett in a professional manner at all times.
    • Perform other duties that may be assigned as needed.
