What Youll Do

  • Install nurse call devices and associated system components
  • Route, support, label, and manage low-voltage cabling
  • Troubleshoot nurse call devices, wiring, and communication issues
  • Perform system testing, inspections, and commissioning activities
  • Read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
  • Complete project and service documentation
  • Train customers on proper system operation
  • Support service calls and scheduled maintenance activities
  • Participate in scheduled on-call support rotations

Preferred Experience

  • Cable routing and cable management
  • Device installation and troubleshooting
  • Reading blueprints and construction drawings
  • Commercial construction and renovation environments
  • Customer-facing service work
  • Testing and troubleshooting low-voltage systems
  • Independent field work and project execution

  • 3+ years of relevant field experience
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in active healthcare and construction environments
