Position: Data Center OSE / Operations Technician

Overview:
We are seeking 15 temporary Data Center OSE Partner Resources to support operations at an xAI data center in Memphis, TN. Candidates will provide onsite technical/data-center support and must be prepared to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
Requirements:
- Must successfully complete Dell team interview and approval .
- Must pass the required xAI background screening .
- Must complete all required OSE training .
- Must have or be able to use the required technical toolkit .
- Must have access to a mobile device for SFS dispatching and work coordination.
- Must be flexible and available for assigned shifts , including potentially non-standard schedules.
- Must be able to work onsite in Memphis, TN for the full 40-week engagement.
- Prior data center, server/hardware, field service, or infrastructure support experience would be highly relevant.
