    About the Role

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and mission-driven data analyst to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights that influence everything from program design to operational efficiency. This is a key role on a growing team that values both excellence and impact.




    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets or BI platforms

    • Create and build surveys for data collection and analysis using Qualtrics

    • Collaborate with teams across HXP to translate data into actionable insights

    • Monitor key metrics and report trends to support strategic decisions

    • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support teams

    • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to trip ratings and other organizational data

    • Continuously improve data processes and recommend automation where applicable




    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role

    • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)

    • Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a plus but not required

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Effective communicator who can simplify complex data for non-technical audiences

    • Passion for travel, service, youth development, or humanitarian work is a bonus

    Full-Time Schedule:

    • Hybrid format

    • Onsite M/W/F (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM)

    • Remote T/Th, with Tuesday afternoons (1:00 – 4:45 PM) dedicated to Personal Improvement Time (time to work on your own projects).
