Description

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Data Analyst for their Richmond, VA/ McLean, VA location.

Responsibilities:

Strong focus on SQL and Python, with SQL being the highest priority.
Analyze large and complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
Build/support Python-based automation and data processing.
Support data validation, quality checks, troubleshooting, migration, and modernization initiatives.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.

Requirements:

Prior client Experience: Preferred
Top Skills – Must Have: SQL, Python
Additional Technical Skills: Snowflake, AWS
Preferred Skills: Spark/PySpark, Databricks, Tableau, data migration experience; client EMP and On Stream Data
Soft Skills: Strong communication/presentation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, comfortable with changing priorities
Data Analyst supporting new work for Mahesh’s team.
Technical environment includes SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS, with Spark/PySpark, Databricks, and Tableau preferred
