    Job Description

Join our colleagues in bringing our mission to life every single day, enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Our Fisher Healthcare business serves the lab diagnostics industry through its strong brands and commercial footprint, and we are growing our presence across the care continuum. We are seeking a curious, self-motivated data analyst who loves turning marketing and commercial data into insight and has the project management discipline to carry that insight through to action.

You will serve as the dedicated analytics and delivery partner to the Fisher Healthcare Digital Marketing team, owning that relationship end to end, from intake and prioritization through delivery, reporting, and benefit realization. You will also take on commercially focused initiatives across the broader business, applying the same rigor to questions of sales performance, pricing, and growth. This role reports into the PMO through the Sr. Manager, Programs & Operations, with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager, Market Intelligence, in support of the group's broader data and analytics strategy.

Your center of gravity will be analytics, spanning marketing and commercial data alike. You will deliver the dashboards, insights, and recommendations that explain what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next, whether the question comes from digital marketing performance, organic search, or transactional and finance data. You will guide strategic direction on SEO while global team members and external partners carry out execution.

Great analysis only matters if it becomes action, and that is where your project management skills come in. You will manage a portfolio of marketing and commercial initiatives as your own book of business, from detailed weekly execution through the portfolio-level reporting that keeps status, funding, and progress visible to leadership and connected to planning across the business. You will bring options and recommendations rather than simple status updates, helping your partners make faster, more informed decisions.

This is not a role where you settle into a routine. Business needs shift quickly, and the scope of this role will evolve with them. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in ambiguity, treats their work like their own business, owns their relationships and workstreams with minimal oversight, and drives change instead of simply reporting on it.

This role can be based remotely anywhere throughout Eastern or Central US time zones.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Analytics & Insights: Build Power BI dashboards and reporting ready for leadership; ensure the accuracy, tagging, and flow of data across Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce, and translate performance across channels and campaigns into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Commercial Analytics: Analyze transactional and finance data to support sales performance, pricing, and growth initiatives; use SQL and Databricks to model and pull data from our enterprise data platform, and deliver insights that shape commercial decisions.
    • SEO Strategy & Direction: Lead organic search insight generation using tools such as Semrush; diagnose traffic and visibility trends, identify root causes, and set direction for global team members, contractors, and consultants, then report on how efforts are materializing.
    • Measurement Integrity: Standardize campaign structure, tagging, and tracking across email and digital channels; partner with operations, marketing automation, and creative teams to verify each step works end to end so reporting is consistent and reliable.
    • Segmentation & Journey Analysis: Develop segmentation, funnel, and journey analyses leveraging Salesforce/CRM data to understand customer groups, account structures, and behavior across the healthcare care continuum.
    • Project Management: Manage marketing and commercial initiatives end to end, from intake and prioritization through execution and benefit tracking; build weekly project plans in Smartsheet and Excel while keeping portfolio status, funding, and milestones current in Workfront for visibility across the division.
    • Reporting & Decision Support: Communicate status, deadlines, tradeoffs, risks, and plans to get back to green proactively; frame decisions with options and recommendations, and present to leadership with confidence.
    • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Build productive relationships across divisional and corporate teams in a large matrixed organization, and streamline reporting and analysis through automation and Generative AI tools.

    Job Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally with focused training in data or marketing analytics.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience across marketing and commercial domains, including project management of your own workstreams.
    • Proven proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua or comparable marketing automation platforms, Salesforce.com or other enterprise CRMs, and Generative AI tools.
    • Experience working with transactional and finance data, including modeling and pulling data from enterprise data platforms.
    • SEO and organic search analysis experience with tools such as Semrush; able to interpret trends and set direction rather than simply pulling reports.
    • Experience managing projects at both the execution level, with detailed plans in tools like Smartsheet and Excel, and the portfolio level, in enterprise work management systems such as Workfront, including intake, prioritization, and status reporting.
    • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical distribution is a plus; familiarity with healthcare account structures, contract membership (CMTs), GPO/IDN relationships, and healthcare data is a material advantage.

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong analytical and data skills, with proven ability to transform marketing and commercial data into meaningful, actionable initiatives that support business growth; an innovative problem solver with an outstanding customer first mentality.
    • Disciplined project management: organized, accountable, and able to keep multiple workstreams on track at both a detailed and portfolio level. Familiarity with Agile and Six Sigma is an advantage.
    • Self-motivated with an owner's mindset; able to weigh tradeoffs, form a recommendation, and move work forward with minimal direction, adapting as business needs shift.
    • Collaborative influencer with superb communication and presentation skills; builds trust across corporate and divisional teams and can direct extended teams and vendors without formal authority.
