What You’ll Do

• Analyze clinical and non-clinical healthcare data related to maternal health
• Develop and interpret statistical reports using tools like SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, and Excel
• Create visualizations and static/motion charts to communicate findings
• Prepare forecasts and actionable insights for program planning and evaluation
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven initiatives
• Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity throughout analysis processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to research analysts and team members

What You Need
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Power BI, Excel)
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with maternal health data, biostatistics, epidemiology, or bioinformatics
• Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
• Experience with Medicaid/SoonerCare data and claims analysis
• Data visualization skills (Tableau, Lumira, Design Studio)
• Public speaking and presentation experience
