You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, recruitment marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience building dashboards, ad hoc reports, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Strong experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Phenom, or Appcast preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, funnel analytics, and recruiting processes.
  • Healthcare, talent acquisition, or recruitment marketing experience preferred.

As a Data Analyst, Recruitment Marketing, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping TeamHealth optimize sourcing strategies, improve candidate conversion, and maximize recruitment marketing performance.

What You'll Do

  • Turn recruitment marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive hiring success.
  • Build executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into recruitment performance.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing channels, and candidate pipelines to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and vendor partners to support data-driven decision making.
  • Develop forecasting models and workforce insights that help anticipate hiring demand and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, automated reports, and performance scorecards.

  • Create standardized reporting frameworks to track key recruitment marketing KPIs across teams, markets, and specialties.

  • Analyze campaign performance across job boards, programmatic advertising, social media, CRM platforms, and search channels.

  • Monitor and report on metrics including:

  • Cost per applicant (CPA)

  • Cost per hire (CPH)

  • Source of hire and attribution

  • Funnel conversion rates

  • Time-to-fill and pipeline velocity

  • Campaign ROI and channel effectiveness

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dive reporting to answer business-critical questions.

  • Aggregate and normalize data from ATS, CRM, media partners, and recruitment marketing platforms to create a reliable source of truth.

  • Build and maintain data models that support scalable analytics and reporting.

  • Support A/B testing and continuous optimization efforts.

  • Provide forecasting, trend analysis, and workforce planning insights.

  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
