Data Analyst

Location: Malvern, PA

3 days on-site, 2 Days remote

Contract-to-hire position

Salary: 60K

Candidates MUST be local to the Philadelphia Suburbs

We are looking for a new graduate / 1 yr of experience or less

The primary role of the Data Analyst is to manage the data development, collection, and reporting process for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review and approve survey programming to ensure critical data elements are in place (piping, branching, etc.) for effective analysis
Following fielding, clean and format data, prepare summary statistics using SPSS and cross tabulation analysis for specified cross tabulations
Input summary data into Power Point templates
Respond to requests from clients for additional analyses
Work with company leaders on additional ad hoc analyses that may be used in other settings

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred
Exposure to and proven capabilities in data analytics
Strong understanding of statistics and familiarity with statistical software applications such as SPSS, SAS, R, or SQL.
Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Power Point
Demonstrated ability to work without routine supervision and consistent track record of delivering against objectives
Good communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Experience in a similar position preferred
