Data Analyst (CLT)

Description

Provides end to end data analysis on business strategy and function. Includes trending analysis, views on data treatments and success analytics for determining future strategy focused on improving operational performance. This includes data mining, data aggregation, and business planning, inventory analysis, program analysis, E2E platform and performance/milestone analytics. Sets policy and standards for Data Management (DM). Operates routing governance to set enterprise priorities for standards compliance. Tracks compliance to implement standards for the prioritized functions. Monitor and test controls and data quality measures for validity. Escalates risk associate with non-compliance to standards with clear options for resolution. Is a source of expertise and is well versed in current industry best practice.

Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements for data collection and presentation in automated scorecards.

Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure the data architecture is feasible to implement and subsequently implemented accurately.

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional requirements.

Utilize processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency and workload management.

Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, and performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.

Collaborate with Project Management to document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Adhere to team delivery/release process and cadence pertaining to metric aggregation and presentation for executive communications

Identify gaps in data management standards adherence and work with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps.

Lead concept and experimentation testing and synthesize the results to validate and improve analytical solution.

Monitor key performance indicators and internal controls.

Experience with basic AI tools is a strong plus (GitHub CoPilot, CoPilot).

Has advanced experience with data technologies and aggregation from multiple sources.

Have advanced understanding of metadata and data lineage concepts, and the business domain.

Proficient in designing, developing and executing test cases. Knowledge of Test Automation

and tools.
