Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a mission-critical Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Security initiative focused on protecting sensitive enterprise data. This role is part of the Enterprise Information Protection team and reports directly to the DLP Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and refinement of policies and rules within the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology suite
• Partner with DLP Analysts to gather feedback and ensure policies and rules are effectively designed and optimized
• Work closely with data teams to develop and deliver data loss metrics and reporting insights
• Create clear documentation, including playbooks and job aids, to support team processes and responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Proofpoint DLP solutions (e.g., Zenguide, Adaptive DLP (Tessian), TRAP/TAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview (MIP labeling)
• Familiarity with Island.io
• Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) Incident Response systems
