Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence professional who can turn data into useful insights that help the business make better decisions. In this role, you will work with data related to areas such as market trends, business operations, processes, and equipment performance.

You will collect and analyze data, prepare reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with different teams to support business and technology projects.

• Collect data from different sources and make sure it is accurate and well organized.
• Analyze data using statistical and data analytics methods to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Maintain and manage databases and other data management systems.
• Use and improve existing analytics tools, applications, and databases.
• Create reports and presentations that explain your findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Share insights and recommendations with internal teams, management, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Support projects involving data analysis, process improvement, technology, and business operations.
• Help identify ways to make business processes, systems, and tools more efficient.
• Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with other teams when needed.
• Apply your technical and analytical knowledge to solve problems and handle tasks that may not always have a standard solution.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a relevant Master's degree for entry-level candidates.
• Good knowledge of a technical, analytical, scientific, or business-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data and translate information into meaningful business insights.
• Basic understanding of business operations and processes.
• Comfortable learning and using different data analytics tools, databases, and systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical or analytical findings to different audiences.
• A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and finding better ways of doing things.
