Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for performing complex data analysis to support ad hoc and ongoing management or customer requests. This role develops methodologies, programs, and files for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data. The position supports database applications and analytical tools, evaluates data quality and system functionality, and contributes to product development and delivery improvements. The role also requires developing an understanding of organizational, departmental, and customer-related issues to provide meaningful data insights and recommendations.
 
Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis in support of ad hoc and recurring management or customer requests.
• Develop programs, methodologies, and files used for data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
• Utilize and support database applications and analytical tools to ensure effective data processing and analysis.
• Evaluate data quality, applications, and system functions to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Produce analytical outputs and maintain operational processes related to data reporting and management.
• Research and evaluate new data sources and analytical tools to enhance reporting capabilities and business insights.
• Contribute to new product development initiatives and improvements in product delivery and presentation.
• Develop awareness of issues, trends, and events affecting the organization, department, and customers.
• Participate appropriately with users and customers in data collection and query system activities.
• Interpret data accurately and provide meaningful evaluations, analyses, and recommendations based on findings.
• Develop effective methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products.
• Generate useful and actionable insights from a variety of data sources.
• Collaborate with management and customers to understand product specifications and reporting requirements.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with team members, management, and customers regarding project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Deliver data products in report, presentation, or verbal formats according to customer and management specifications and timelines.
• Identify system or process issues and actively participate in problem-solving efforts.
• Facilitate effective communication and support timely resolution of operational and data-related issues.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $46.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
