A Day in the Life

You start your shift by checking priorities with your supervisor, then jump in where the team needs you most. From organizing inventory and caring for equipment to helping move materials, you’ll collaborate closely with teammates to keep workflows smooth and on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily facility operations with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Support the CTL team with inventory organization and basic equipment upkeep.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as production needs shift.
• Keep work areas orderly and free of hazards to support a safe environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines.
• Attend training sessions to build skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
