Customer Success Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to support day-to-day customer interactions and help provide a positive experience throughout the customer journey. This position works alongside the customer success team to answer questions, provide information, coordinate follow-up, and assist with ongoing customer needs.

The Customer Success Assistant will communicate directly with customers while also supporting internal processes that help keep customer activities organized and running smoothly. This role is a good fit for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer communication with administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day customer communication and support
  
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services
  
• Help customers understand available options, programs, and current offerings
  
• Coordinate customer follow-up and ensure outstanding questions are addressed
  
• Support ongoing customer satisfaction and engagement activities
  
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up needs
  
• Assist with resolving routine customer concerns and direct more complex matters to the appropriate team member
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information internally
  
• Keep up to date on company products, services, and current initiatives
  
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams when additional customer support is needed
  
• Assist with preparing customer materials, updates, and other resources
  
• Support customer-focused projects and company initiatives
  
• Complete additional administrative and customer support responsibilities as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach to customer interactions
  
• Organized with strong attention to detail
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up responsibilities
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a team environment
  
• Ability to learn new products, services, and processes
  
• Previous experience in customer service, customer success, administrative support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
