Customer Service Supervisor

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Supervisor to join a thriving team onsite in San Marcos. This full-time salaried position will primarily focus on leading the customer service team to support retail and direct-to-consumer customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team, focusing on retail and direct-to-consumer customers.
• Ensure seamless operations by cross-training with the food service customer success supervisor.
• Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
• Handle special projects and tasks as directed by the Customer Success Manager.
