Customer Support Representative

LHH is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join a growing Customer Support team. This opportunity offers the flexibility of working remotely after completing a one-week onsite training program in North Phoenix. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls daily
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
• Provide live chat support for website and auction platform users
• Make outbound calls for follow-up and customer outreach efforts
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
• Research and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Process and document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain detailed notes and account records within internal systems
• Escalate issues appropriately according to company guidelines
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting productivity goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of call center experience
• Experience handling 60+ calls per day
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Strong written communication skills
• Candidates should be comfortable drafting professional correspondence and responding to customer inquiries in writing
• Writing and verbal communication skills will be assessed during the interview process
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High School Diploma or GED required

Details:

• MUST BE ABLE TO START RIGHT AWAY!
• Type: Temp to Hire. Will be made a permanent employee if they are a good fit.
• Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Firm Schedule)
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
• Location: North Phoenix (I-17 & Union Hills area) for one week of training, then fully remote. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE FOR ONE WEEK DURING TRAINING
