Responsibilities
Effectively serve all customer needs and process inquiries in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
Provide all customers with the consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedures
Help meet the needs of customers by offering value-added features and benefits to their accounts
Manage multiple priorities and complete calls and assigned task in a timely manner
Provide solutions by offering products and services which improve customer retention and sales
Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience
Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
Basic knowledge of computer technology including Word, Excel, and e-mail
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Able to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
