Job Description & Performance Expectations

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive

top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Member Experience & Sales Support

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts

Front Desk Operations & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned

These duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
