Since 2020, we've operated in a fully remote environment, allowing our team to work from home while building rewarding careers supported by comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Build relationships by understanding each client's needs.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Respond to client questions and provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.

• Customer service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, education, military, or sales experience is helpful—but not required.
