Our award-winning Allstate agency is growing! We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Help with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed
- Keep clear notes on each customer interaction
- Recommend additional policies when appropriate
- Provide life insurance referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable learning computer systems
- Insurance experience a plus (not required)
- Spanish-speaking a plus
