Location: Ventura, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal ERP systems and customer portals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
• Partner closely with the Sales team to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction
• Manage incoming calls and emails, routing information as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details meet customer
