ROLE DESCRIPTION:Must have a property and Casualty license through the state of Missouri.
Cold calling required to help agency meet office goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
