What You'll Do


As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help provide the exceptional experience our customers expect while supporting the continued growth of our agency.


Your day may include:

• Helping customers with questions about their accounts, policies, billing, and coverage
• Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and other customer requests
• Building relationships with customers and following up when needed
• Identifying customer needs and helping connect them with appropriate insurance products and services
• Working closely with other team members to solve problems and provide a great customer experience
• Keeping customer information and interactions accurate and organized
• Helping customers understand their options in a clear, friendly way
• Supporting the agency's goals and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment
