Customer Service Representative

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050

Pay: $24.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Training: Day-shift training for at least 1 week

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly
• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Monitor delivery routes and track progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and provide effective solutions
