We're seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sacramento, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Drive process improvement in daily workflows.

Responsibilities
Manage service contracts, renewals, and customer records.
Process work orders, invoices, and billing handoff.
Support dispatch and scheduling as needed.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
Field customer calls and route to the right team.
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounting.
Identify and drive process improvements.
Support reporting and recordkeeping.
Requirements
Must-Haves
2+ years of admin, customer service, or contract coordination.
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP experience.
Excellent communication and organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves
Construction or service industry exposure.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience with ServiceMax, BuildOps, or Sage.
