A large, established financial services organization is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Roanoke, Virginia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a major financial institution and build valuable banking experience. Previous banking experience is not required—strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are key!

What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls
• Assist customers with account questions and general account servicing
• Help with payments, transactions, lost or stolen cards, fraud concerns, and disputes
• Provide digital and online banking support
• Research account issues and help customers reach appropriate resolutions
• Navigate multiple systems and applications while assisting customers
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer service
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Ability to handle approximately 75–100 inbound calls per day
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required depending on experience

Schedule

This is a 24/7 operation, and schedules are assigned prior to the start date. Candidates must have flexibility to work either Saturday or Sunday, with one weekday off.
